Maestro III Main Screen

The Main Screen has two toolbars. The top toolbar
is used to select the major option. The left toolbar selections
vary depending on the top toolbar selection. Popout menus
from the left toolbar allow you to select specific actions. The
tree view displays information relevant to the current toolbar selections.
You can drill down the tree to obtain specific information without having
to run a report.
School Maestro III Score Edit Screen

The Score Edit Screen is used for entering task scores.
Scores may also be entered using an Edit Form. The Edit Screen
consists of 3 splits. The left split lists the student names and
may also include the student id numbers, rank and percentile.
You can also indicate if a student has dropped the class. This
allows you to maintain data for dropped students but not include them
in the statistics for the class. The middle split is used to enter
task scores and codes. Statistics for each task are listed at
the bottom. The right split displays the current average and grade
and may be scrolled to show the category averages, total possible points,
etc. You may also manually override a letter grade or average.
Task comments for each student may be entered at the top. The
entire task name for each task is also listed at the top of the grid.
